Vintage 1965 World Cup England 1966 - Annual Style Hardback Book. Released by Purnell in late 1965 and was a publication officially approved by the Football Association. This fantastic World Cup 966 England, was released at the end of 1965 prior to the upcoming tournament and previews the teams and stars of the 1966 World Cup in 44 pages and includes a competition to win tickets to the World Cup Final. The book is in fantastic condition over all, which is amazing considering its now over 59 years old. The front and back covers are nice clean and bright with practically no visual signs of any wear. The spline is also in fantastic condition with only very very minor signs of wear on the very tips of the edges. Internally all 44 pages are present and correct, they are clean and bright without any signs of damage or writing on any page with the exception of a picture of Bobby Charlton being cut out, however it does not prevent the information from being thoroughly enjoyed.
