Vintage 1966 Batman - Magic Slate Paper Saver With Stylus On The Original Card. Released in 1966 by Watkins Strathmore Co, as part of a series of Batman & Robin Magic Slates. This fantastic Magic Slate features images of the Dynamic Due together with the Batmobile and the 1966 Batman logo. The magic slate consists of tracing paper and a clear plastic sheet on top of a black slate. By writing on the sheet with the stylus, it appears just like using a pen, but when you lift the paper up, it disappears just like Magic. These Magic Slates was all the rage back in the 1960's. Good condition vintage item, but does have some wear which is mainly along the edges, and a few minor stains, the slate works better the higher up you wright, but displays fabulously.
