Vintage Buckingham's 1974 - The Celebrity Squares TV Game - Bob And The Big Box Game With Bob Monkhouse - Very Good Condition and Complete In The Original Box. Released by Buckingham Toys in 1974 as part of their series of TV tie in quiz games. This fantastic The Celebrity Squares TV Game is based on the highly popular TV Quiz Show which starred Bob Monkhouse. The object of the game is to be the overall winner by winning the last round after all other players have been eliminated. To win one round a player must win two out of three games. To win an individual game a player must be the first to get their symbol (either a X's or O's) in three consecutive Squares in any direction ; Vertical, Horizontal or Diagonal, just like noughts and crosses, or in lieu of getting three symbols in a row, by being the first player to get five symbols anywhere on the board. The game is in fantastic  condition over all, which is amazing considering it is now over 50 years old, all pieces are present, and attach and work perfectly and doesn't look like its had very much use. The game instructions come printed on the inside of the box lid. The box is also in fantastic condition with only some very very minor signs of wear on the tips of the corner edges.  A truly wonderful example of a rare complete vintage Celebrity Squares Game from 1974.
