Vintage 1950's Schuco Micro Racer Clockwork Toy Car No. 1043 Mercedes No. 3 - Without Key. Released by German Company Schurco in the 1950's as part of their series of Clockwork Micro Racer Racing Cars. This fantastic Micro Racer Clockwork Car is number 1043 and measures 4 inches long by 2 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches high, it has a clockwork motor and a lever on the side to control the steering. It has a grey metal body with red interior with the number 3 on the front and rear and with the Mercedes badge on the front. The item is in good played with condition, the paintwork does have a fair amount of loss, and the tyres have gone hard and brittle and will need replacing. The motor has not been tested as we do not have the key. Still a very nice example of a very rare and highly sort after vintage Micro Racer from the 1950's.
