The Eagle Book Of Cars & Motor Sport Hardback Book 1963. (No Dust Jacket) Released by Hulton Press in 1963 Revised Edition, this fantastic Eagle Book of Cars and Motor Sport has an introduction by Marcus Morris which states that it was only seventy years previously that the petrol engine began to replace the horse and change our method of transport. This book see Stirling Moss at the height of his fame in all manner of cars. Car workings are explained, along with how they are designed and manufactured. The book is in very good condition over all, which is amazing considering it is now over 55 years old. The front and back covers are nice clean and bright with only very minor signs of wear on the tips of the edges, but has had Car wrote on the front cover in pen, along with a name. The spline is also in very very good solid condition again with only some very very minor wear on the very tips of the edges. Internally the book is in fantastic condition all 192 pages are present and attached, they are clean and bright without any signs of damage or wear or writing on any page. Sadly the dust jacket is not included as it has been lost in the passage of time. A truly fantastic find of a very very very rare vintage Eagle Book from yesteryear.
