Vintage 1996 Doctor Dr Who - The Cybermen - Emotion Is A Weakness - Limited Edition Collectors Plate. - Shop Stock Room Find. Released by Cards Inc in 1996, as part of their Dr Who Limited Edition Plate Collection.  This fantastic Cybermen plate is a beautifully designed 8 inch ceramic plate which features the Doctors arch enemies - The Cybermen as they appeared in the 1970's and 1980's. and was part of a limited edition run of only 2000 pieces worldwide. The plate comes complete with a certificate of authenticity numbered 0156 of 2000. Comes in the original box which has only been opened to photograph, and includes the cardboard outer sleeve that protects the box. Brand New Shop Stock Room Find.
