2007 Action Man 40th Anniversary - Talking Commander  - 12 Inch Action Figure With Realistic Blond Hair -  In The Original Box - Shop Stock Room Find. Released By Modellers Loft in 2007 as part of the 40th Anniversary of Action Man Figures, Toys and Accessories. This fantastic Action Man Talking Commander stands an impressive 12 inches tall, he has realistic blonde hair and hard hands. Action Man comes complete with Fatigue Jacket, Fatigue Trousers, Boots, Beret, Pistol & Holster, Belt, Instructions, Army Manual, Star Card and Equipment Manual. The talking voice box speaks five random phrases when the cord is pulled from the chest, however as with all the 40th Talking figures, the voice boxes were very poorly designed, and do not usually work, and this one is no exception. May just require replacement batteries, or may need to be opened and repaired. Brand New Shop Stock Room Find. Discovered in the store room of a closing down shop with a whole host of other Action Man items from a similar era.
